WORK IN PROGRESS: Here’s a sneak peek of a MAJOR home remodel in Orangevale!
Inside, we ended up replacing the entire floor and installed new insulation and vapor barrier to prevent any future water damage. We also demoed a large wall to open up the space, and installed simpson strong walls to add extra support.
On the exterior of the home, we took up all of the damaged flooring, installed new gutters, and replaced the sliding glass door.
